Coast Park and Summit flightThe real mountain flying experience: Similar to the 30 minute flight, this flight includes the summit of Mt Taranaki, Fantham's Peak, the Pouakai and Kaitake ranges, Stony River and Oakura, but allows for more exploration of the Egmont National Park, including the Ahukawakawa Swamp, Lake Dive and Bell's Falls. Your flight finishes by tracking the coastline to Paritutu and the Sugar Loaf Islands, and orbiting the city on the way back. Your pilot can vary the flight path, depending on your priorities - excellent for exploring Mt Egmont National Park. This flight is 45-50 minutes in length and $420 per person. Coast and Summit flightFly the coastline from Breakwater Bay, Port Taranaki, to Paritutu and the Sugar Loaf Islands and on to Oakura village. Ascend over the Kaitake and Pouakai Ranges and climb up the slopes of Mt Taranaki to marvel at the summit and surrounding views at 8,500 feet.
